Q. Where is The Omerian Group, P.A.'s office?
A. The Omerian Group, P.A.'s physicians each have their own separate and completely independent medical practice and offices. Therefore The Omerian Group, P.A. does not have its own separate office for clients to visit. Since we are a consulting service, our physicians frequently consult by phone or video conferencing if necessary. If a person to person meeting is necessary, this can be quickly arranged at one of our physician’s office.
Q. Who are your physicians?
A. The Omerian Group, P.A.'s physicians are Licensed and Board-Certified medical doctors actively practicing medicine in many states. Many of our physicians prefer their personal information to be held confidential until contacted by a client. We will be glad to provide the curriculum vitae (CV) of our respective elite physician once we determine who is the best doctor to handle your case. Clients will always have access to their treating physicians' CVs.

Q. How does your consultation process work?
A. Once we receive your service request, we'll ask for all the relevant information related to your case. You'll be assigned one of our specialized physicians who will guide you throughout the process. The physician will always be available for you and will be your direct contact with The Omerian Group, P.A. Our physician will provide you with an initial assistance plan and will explain in detail how The Omerian Group, P.A. is going to assist you. Once all of your questions are addressed and you are satisfied with our support, we will submit a contract for your review and approval.
Q: Is my personal and business information kept private?
A: Absolutely! We will NEVER share information provided by our clients with other companies or individuals unless directly authorized by you or unless forced by court order. We strictly adhere to HIPPA laws as well as the confidentiality of attorney-client privilege. Please see our privacy policy.
Q. What kind of medical products do you evaluate?
A. The products we evaluate are medical devices for treatments, such as those implanted during surgical procedures; technologies that give greater independence to patients; diagnostic devices or tests used to detect or monitor medical conditions, and more.
Q. Does forensic services mean doing autopsies and examining dead bodies?
A. No, forensic advice and consultation mean dealing with legal proceedings, such as providing opinion evidence in a civil or criminal proceeding.
Q. What situations demand a second opinion?
A. Whenever you're getting a first opinion that affects your life, work or future. Whenever you're not totally confident with the first opinion. If you've been diagnosed with a chronic or life-threatening disease, if you need to go through a risky or toxic treatment, if the diagnosis is not totally clear, you MUST get a second opinion.
Q. Should I always tell my doctor that I'm seeking a second opinion?
A. Absolutely! Not only you'll have to ask your doctor for all the medical records and full documentation of your specific case, but you also want to discuss your condition openly with both doctors.
Q. Are you working only with patients and lawyers?
A. No, among our clients are companies, corporations, insurance agencies and the legal community.
Q. What is the cost for your services?
A. The initial contact and consultation with a doctor in our group is free. The medical doctor who will review your case and walk you through the entire process will subsequently work at an hourly rate.
